This tea takes 10 minutes to brew and consume. It allows one drinker to spend Hit Point Dice (as if taking a short rest but with no other benefit of a short rest) to regain Hit Points.  If the tea is prepared by someone with Cooks Utensils proficiency, then each Hit Point Dice yields the maximum result.
