Wondrous item, rare
This horn was formed from the skull of a white dragon once offered to Aesandoral the Lord of Winter. It summons juvenile frost salamanders (with the statistics of berserkers). It will also carry your voice loudly as you bellow your battle commands.
You can use an action to blow this horn. In response, 2d4+2 warrior spirits from the Valhalla appear within 60 feet of you. They use the statistics of a berserker. They return to Valhalla after 1 hour or when they drop to 0 hit points. Once you use the horn, it can't be used again until 7 days have passed.
Wand, common
This wand, created by the archfey Ananeira's research, releases miniature shooting stars. It can also provide light in the darkness. You can use a bonus action to shed bright moonlight in a 10-ft radius and dim light for another 10 ft.
This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and create a harmless burst of multicolored light at a point you can see up to 60 feet away. The burst of light is accompanied by a crackling noise that can be heard up to 300 feet away. The light is as bright as a torch flame but lasts only a second.
The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand erupts in a harmless pyrotechnic display and is destroyed.
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a wizard)
This book holds all of the archfey Ananeira's research notes about the cosmos. The pages are black, and whatever is written on it shines like stars. On its cover is a raw moonstone crystal that shines when the light hits it. Holding it makes you more aware of your surroundings and place in the universe, and among the stars. It provides a +2 to your Initiative bonus.
While you are holding this leather-bound book, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells, and you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your wizard spells.
You can use this book as a spellbook. In addition, when you use your Arcane Recovery feature, you can increase the number of spell slot levels you regain by 1.
Because she has noticed your intellectual prowess and passion for new discoveries, you are now the apprentice of Ananeira, First Daughter of the Night Sky and Nyx's premiere scientist. You agree that you will subject yourself to the occasional experiment and will be bound to discuss the mysteries of the cosmos with the archfey. You may also choose to have Ananeira as a warlock patron. Ananeira's warlocks often have twinking stars as eyes or glittering skin.
If the characters so choose, they can learn the following skills from either of the archfeys:
